The Power of Emerging Technologies for the Nonprofit Sector
In The Power of Emerging Technologies, participants will learn how some of the latest technologies are being used to improve nonprofit management and development. Instructor, Anum Awan, Creative Technology Artist, will teach how design thinking is helping leaders reach creative solutions to complex nonprofit challenges. During the session, the instructor will visually demonstrate how to create website maximization using design thinking. In addition, all participants will be walked through the process of creating Quick Response Codes (QR Codes), a machine-readable optical label that nonprofit organizations can use to distribute information about their organizations and services, recruit volunteers at every level, facilitate fund development, etc.
